The first step for our new prospective clients to take is often our complimentary billing review.  During this short, one-hour process, our team shares with you several important documents:

1. The usual Non-Disclosure Agreement, so that your data is clearly understood to be confidential, in accordance with HIPAA compliance requirements.

2. A detailed aged accounts receivable report for your practice, sorted by insurance payer and citing all monies owed to the practice, patient-by-patient.

3. The insurance denials documents for the past two months.

4. A description of the work flow from the front desk appointment calendar to the providers’ electronic or paper encounter forms to the practice manager to the billing team and the subsequent reporting back to the doctors.

As this review is completed, our client’s team and our team can see clearly where the gains can be made in the your cash flow.
