We’re always upfront about what’s realistic. Here’s the truth:

• 90–180 days aged: These have the best chance—often still within timely filing limits or appeal windows.

• 180–360 days: These drop off, but can still yield results with persistence. General recovery averages around 10% in this range.

• 360+ days: Recovery is rare, and we’ll only pursue if there’s a legitimate reason to believe payment is possible.

We only accept Special A/R Projects we believe will at least pay for themselves. If we can’t justify the time and cost, we’ll tell you. If we can, we’ll go to work.
